Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original SINGER® packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned machine, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
